Comstock Yacht Sales & Marina Marine reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Processing Time
Once your order has been submitted it is sent to the authorized Comstock Yacht Sales & Marina Marine dealer you chose for shipment.
If the item(s) on your order are in stock, they will ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until the dealer has received the item(s) from Comstock Yacht Sales & Marina Marine.
Transit Time
UPS Ground: 3 - 8 business days
UPS Second Day: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Total Time for Delivery
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in stock items.
Selecting UPS Next Day or Second Day does not guarantee you will get your order in that amount of time. This only guarantees that the order will get to you in the specified time once the order is shipped.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Comstock Yacht Sales & Marina Marine shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Return Policy
Parts and accessories purchased from Comstock Yacht Sales & MarinaPartsExpress.com will be accepted for non-warranty return if returned to the purchasing dealer within 30 days from date of invoice. No returns after 30 days are allowed. All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and in original, factory sealed packaging. Returns must be sent prepaid by the customer. Customers will be charged a restocking fee by the dealer.
Return Procedure
1. Contact the purchasing dealer to inform them of the return.
2. Package product for return. Returns must be accompanied by a completed non-warranty returns form located on the back of the Comstock Yacht Sales & Marina Packing slip along with a copy of the original invoice.
3. When the product is received and complies with return policy a refund will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the product, minus a restocking fee.

Online coupons redemptions are limited to one per address, unless otherwise noted.
